- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and ensure that all expenses are within allocated funds.

- Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors to obtain bids and negotiate contracts for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, including expenses and timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management to make recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to develop emergency response plans for facility-related incidents.
- Act as a liaison between the state and external agencies, such as fire departments and building inspectors.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to facility management.
Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Sustainability Practices.
Proven Experience In Managing Budgets And Overseeing Facility Maintenance, Repairs, And Renovations.
