- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Advise and train managers and supervisors on best practices for handling employee relations issues.
- Identify and address potential sources of conflict within the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace accommodations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations for improving employee retention.
- Foster positive relationships with management and employees to promote a culture of open communication and trust.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing employee relations policies and practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Or Hr Generalist Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Mediate And Mitigate Employee Relations Issues Effectively.
