- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems throughout the State of Colorado.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of all electronic security systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential issues with the security systems and take corrective action as needed.
- Train and supervise a team of security technicians to ensure they are properly equipped to handle any issues that may arise with the security systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronic security technology and make recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure the integration and compatibility of all security systems.
- Monitor and analyze security system data to identify any patterns or anomalies that may indicate a security threat.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs of security systems.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all security system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Act as a liaison between the State of Colorado and law enforcement agencies in the event of a security breach or emergency situation.
- Adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations and guidelines regarding electronic security systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Electronic Security Systems Management.
Knowledge And Experience With Various Electronic Security Systems And Software, Such As Access Control, Video Surveillance, And Intrusion Detection.
Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Cybersecurity Principles.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
