- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Nursing Education Program in Colorado to ensure its success and growth.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
- Lead and supervise a team of nursing educators and staff, providing support, guidance, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and healthcare organizations to establish partnerships and opportunities for student clinical experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the program's curriculum to ensure it meets national and state standards for nursing education.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as nursing associations and government agencies, to promote the program and advocate for nursing education.

- Prepare and present reports on program performance to senior management and external stakeholders.
Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Nursing Education, Preferably In A Leadership Or Program Director Role
Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Colorado
Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience In Curriculum Development, Program Evaluation, And Accreditation Standards
Strong Leadership Abilities, Including Experience In Managing And Mentoring Faculty And Staff, And Building Collaborative Relationships With Stakeholders And Partners.
