  1. Manage and coordinate data for various departments and projects within the state.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by conducting regular quality checks.
  3. Communicate with different departments and team members to gather and organize data.
  4. Develop and maintain data management systems and processes.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
  6. Prepare and present reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to identify data needs and provide support and assistance.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and practices related to data management.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of data-related policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
  12. Train and educate team members on data management processes and systems.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve data management processes and efficiency.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  15. Adhere to state and federal regulations related to data management.
  16. Support and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  17. Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
  18. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  19. Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
  20. Uphold the values and mission of the State of Colorado in all aspects of the job.
