  • Oversee the execution and administration of contracts for the state, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including tracking key dates, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather contract requirements and ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all contract documents, identifying any potential risks or issues and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and other parties, ensuring that the state's best interests are represented.
  • Act as a point of contact for all contract-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Monitor contract performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract status and performance to senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management to inform decision-making and improve processes within the state.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Contract Management Or Administration.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Procurement Regulations And Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
