  1. Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with diverse communities across the state.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
  3. Identify and address community needs and concerns through effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Plan and execute events and initiatives to promote community involvement and empowerment.
  5. Facilitate discussions and workshops to promote understanding and inclusivity within communities.
  6. Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve community engagement efforts.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community engagement aligns with organization goals and initiatives.
  8. Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, effectively communicating goals, initiatives, and updates.
  9. Develop and maintain resources and materials to support community engagement efforts.
  10. Stay informed on current events and trends in the community to inform engagement strategies.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the success of community engagement initiatives and provide reports to upper management.
  12. Promote a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of community engagement.
  13. Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
  14. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
  15. Provide support and guidance to other team members involved in community engagement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Social Work, Community Development, Or Public Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement, Outreach, Or Organizing.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Communities.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Policies And Initiatives Related To Community Engagement And Social Justice.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Planning And Implementing Community Engagement Strategies, Including Organizing Events, Facilitating Meetings, And Conducting Outreach Campaigns.
