
Campus Parking and Safety Administrative Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the Campus Parking and Safety team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of parking permits, citations, and other related documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, trainings, and events for the team.
- Manage the distribution and collection of parking permits and citations.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure a safe and efficient parking system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of parking policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain parking equipment, such as meters and pay stations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and budgets for parking operations.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and improve parking services.
- Train and supervise parking attendants and other support staff.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards in the parking facilities.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with campus community members, including students, faculty, and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to campus parking and safety.
- Act as a liaison between the Campus Parking and Safety team and other university departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Campus Safety And/Or Parking Operations.
Knowledge Of Relevant State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Campus Safety And Parking.
Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Students, Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
