- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all cases.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job.
- Represent the Division of Professions and Occupations in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the regulation of licensed professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to other staff members as needed.
- Contribute to the overall mission of the Division of Professions and Occupations to protect the public and uphold the integrity of licensed professionals in the state of Colorado.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Admission To The Colorado State Bar
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In The Field Of Regulatory Compliance Or Administrative Law
Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills
