
Apprenticeship Administrator

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the State of Colorado's apprenticeship programs.
- Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and improvement of apprenticeship initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as employers, educational institutions, and government agencies, to promote and support apprenticeship opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to apprenticeships.
- Provide guidance and support to employers and apprentices throughout the program, including recruitment, training, and evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records and data on apprenticeship programs and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and manage program budgets and funding sources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in apprenticeship programs.
- Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to attract potential apprentices and employers to the program.
- Serve as a liaison between the state government and external partners, representing the state's apprenticeship programs in various meetings and events.
- Train and supervise apprenticeship program staff, if applicable.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of apprenticeship programs.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to the apprenticeship programs in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold the values and mission of the State of Colorado's apprenticeship programs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members and participants in the apprenticeship programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Administering Apprenticeship Programs Or Equivalent Work Experience In A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Apprenticeships, Including The National Apprenticeship Act And Colorado Apprenticeship Act.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders Including Apprentices, Employers, And Government Officials.
