You will serve as a mentor and advocate for these individuals, providing guidance and support as they navigate the admissions process. With your strong communication skills and knowledge of higher education, you will help these women make informed decisions about their education and set them on a path to success.We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in higher education. A Bachelor's degree and experience in admissions or student services is required.   1. Recruit and enroll a diverse group of women students to the institution.
  2. Serve as a mentor and advocate for women students, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
  3. Build relationships and establish rapport with prospective students, their families, and other stakeholders.
  4. Communicate effectively with women students to help them make informed decisions about their education.
  5. Collaborate with other admissions counselors to develop and implement strategies for increasing enrollment of women students.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in admissions and higher education, particularly related to women students.
  7. Contribute to the overall diversity and inclusion efforts of the institution by actively promoting and supporting women students.
  8. Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to attract potential women students to the institution.
  9. Evaluate applications and make admissions decisions in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to women students and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions with women students throughout the admissions process.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advising and financial aid, to ensure a smooth transition for admitted women students.
  13. Represent the institution at conferences, fairs, and other events related to women's education and empowerment.
  14. Act as a positive role model for women students, inspiring them to reach their academic and career goals.
  15. Continuously assess and improve upon the admissions process for women students, seeking feedback from students and colleagues.
  16. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the institution by meeting enrollment goals and promoting a positive image of the institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Counseling, Education, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Admissions Counseling, Preferably With A Focus On Women Applicants.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Admissions Process And Requirements For Various Academic Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Connect With Diverse Populations.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Admissions And Equal Opportunity For Women In Higher Education.
