  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
  3. Collaborate with departmental teams to establish quality goals and objectives and track progress towards achieving them.
  4. Identify and report any quality issues or deficiencies and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions.
  5. Conduct training and provide support to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  6. Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  8. Act as a liaison between different departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  9. Communicate with external stakeholders and partners to ensure their satisfaction with the quality of services provided.
  10. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and implement them as appropriate.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to quality assurance.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure quality control measures are in place for digital services and systems.
  13. Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  14. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Administration, Or Quality Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles, Processes, And Methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Quality Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Departments And Stakeholders To Ensure Quality Standards Are Met.
