  1. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the local office operations.
  2. Maintain and update office records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of official correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the office.
  6. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  9. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise in the office.
  10. Follow office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  11. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  12. Act as a liaison between the local office and other departments or external parties.
  13. Provide general administrative support to various departments within the office as needed.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times and maintain a strong work ethic.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Basic Skills And Knowledge Needed For The Job.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office: The Candidate Should Have Advanced Skills In Microsoft Office, Including Word, Excel, And Powerpoint. This Is Necessary For Creating And Editing Documents, Spreadsheets, And Presentations.
