Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and services to families in need, helping them to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall well-being.   1. Provide direct services to families in need, including but not limited to, case management, crisis intervention, and resource referrals.
  2. Conduct assessments to determine the needs and strengths of families and develop individualized service plans.
  3. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to coordinate services and resources for families.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of services provided.
  5. Monitor and track progress of families towards self-sufficiency goals.
  6. Advocate for families and connect them with necessary support systems and resources.
  7. Conduct home visits and participate in team meetings to ensure the safety and well-being of families.
  8. Provide education and support to families on various topics such as parenting, budgeting, and accessing community resources.
  9. Identify and report any potential risks or concerns regarding the safety and well-being of families.
  10. Stay knowledgeable about current social work practices and policies to ensure effective service delivery.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with families, colleagues, and community partners.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as outlined by the State of Arkansas.
  13. Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to service delivery.
  15. Participate in program evaluation and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or Related Field
