Job Description

  10. Participate in training and development: Continuously participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to social services and family support.
  11. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members, including social workers and case managers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated services to families.
  12. Adhere to ethical standards: Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with families, colleagues, and community partners.
  13. Communicate effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners to ensure successful outcomes for families in need.
  14. Maintain confidentiality: Respect and maintain confidentiality of all information related to families and their situations.
  15. Uphold agency mission: Act in accordance with the agency's mission to improve the lives of families and promote social justice in the community.

Job Qualifications
