Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Corrections, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Correctional Facility.
Extensive Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Corrections.
Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Officers.
Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations Calmly And Professionally.
