- Assist in the administration and coordination of various programs and services for the Department of Human Services.
- Provide support to program managers and staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to program activities.
- Communicate effectively with program participants, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and decision-making.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of program reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
- Provide excellent customer service to program participants and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about changes in policies, regulations, and best practices related to program areas.
- Act as a liaison between the Department of Human Services and other organizations or agencies.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers and interns.
- Other duties as assigned by program managers or supervisors.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Administrative Or Clerical Work.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Human Services Programs.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Interact With Clients And Staff.
