- Assist with the implementation and administration of various programs and services within the Department of Human Services.
- Provide support to program managers and coordinators in developing and maintaining program operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities and client information.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist in program development and improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of program reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information and assistance to clients and the general public.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay informed of program updates and changes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any issues or concerns related to program delivery.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
- Provide excellent customer service to program participants and their families.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and conferences related to the program as needed.
- Monitor program budget and expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Support and promote the mission and goals of the Department of Human Services.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Social Services Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Social Services Programs.
Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Handle Sensitive Information Confidentially.
