  1. Provide administrative support to the various programs and initiatives of the State of Arkansas Department of Human Services.
  2. Assist in the implementation and coordination of program activities and events.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases for program participants.
  4. Prepare and distribute program materials and resources.
  5. Respond to inquiries and provide information to program participants and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to support program development and evaluation.
  8. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other program-related documents.
  9. Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and other program events.
  10. Participate in program meetings and provide input and suggestions for program improvement.
  11. Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of program participants and sensitive information.
  13. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to program operations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and procedures.
  15. Cultivate positive relationships with program participants, stakeholders, and community members.
  16. Attend and participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Social Work, Or Human Services.

  • Experience Working In A Government Or Social Services Agency.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Policies And Regulations Related To Social Services Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills To Manage Program Documentation And Data.
