  1. Provide administrative support to various programs and initiatives within the Department of Human Services.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records and documents.
  3. Assist with data entry and data management tasks.
  4. Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  5. Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials.
  7. Monitor program budgets and track expenses.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of programs.
  9. Conduct research and gather data for program evaluation and improvement.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
  12. Assist with the planning and execution of events and outreach activities.
  13. Stay updated on relevant policies and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all government regulations and guidelines.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Public Administration, Business Administration, Or Social Sciences.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Administrative Support Roles.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Dhs Programs.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Computer Programs.

  • Excellent Organizational, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
