
DHS Program Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the Department of Human Services programs.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of program activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to program operations.
- Communicate effectively with program participants, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, trainings, and events related to the program.
- Collect and compile program data for reporting purposes.
- Monitor program budget and expenses.
- Conduct research and gather information to support program initiatives.
- Assist in the development and distribution of program materials and resources.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the program to the public.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for program improvement.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
At Least 1 Year Of Administrative Or Clerical Experience.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Applications.
Ability To Communicate Effectively And Professionally, Both Orally And In Writing.
