  1. Provide administrative support to the Department of Human Services programs and services.
  2. Assist in organizing and coordinating program events and activities.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants and their progress.
  4. Communicate effectively with program participants, staff, and external stakeholders.
  5. Prepare and distribute program materials, including forms, reports, and presentations.
  6. Conduct research and gather data to support program development and evaluation.
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for program improvement and implement solutions.
  8. Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance.
  10. Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  11. Assist in creating and maintaining program policies and procedures.
  12. Act as a liaison between program participants and other departmental staff.
  13. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to program participants and other stakeholders.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by program managers or department leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Education And Experience Requirements: A High School Diploma Or Ged Equivalent Is Required, Along With One Year Of Experience In A Clerical Or Administrative Support Position.
