- Support and assist various programs within the Department of Human Services to effectively serve the needs of the community.
- Organize and maintain program documents, files, and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with program participants, stakeholders, and other team members in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Conduct research and gather data to help improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and activities related to DHS programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of program tasks and goals.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, taking meeting minutes, and preparing reports.
- Help promote and raise awareness of DHS programs and initiatives through various communication channels.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve in order to better serve the community.
Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Social Work, Human Services, Or Public Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Government Or Social Services Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Human Services And Welfare Programs.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations And Handle Sensitive Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
