  10. Conduct negotiations and settlements on behalf of the State of Arkansas.
  11. Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as required.
  12. Represent the State of Arkansas in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Maintain a high level of productivity and meet tight deadlines.
  14. Mentor and train junior attorneys and support staff.
  15. Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve legal knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Active License To Practice Law In The State Of Arkansas.

  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Aba Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Attorney, With A Focus On A Specific Area Of Law (E.g. Criminal Defense, Employment Law, Environmental Law).

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Arkansas State Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Represent The State In Legal Proceedings.
