Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Agriculture And Farming Practices.
Bachelor’s Degree In Agriculture, Agronomy, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In An Agriculture-Related Setting.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
