  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses, to identify their needs and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the agricultural sector.
  4. Manage and oversee all marketing initiatives, including advertising, events, and digital campaigns.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to increase visibility and promote the state's agricultural industry.
  6. Monitor and track the success of marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in marketing techniques to ensure the state's agricultural marketing remains innovative and effective.
  9. Oversee a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
  10. Represent the state's agricultural industry at conferences, events, and trade shows to promote and advocate for its growth and success.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and agencies within the state government to align marketing efforts and support overall agricultural initiatives.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for the state's agricultural industry.
  13. Prepare reports and presentations on marketing efforts and results for upper management and stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to marketing and advertising.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies to ensure they align with the goals and objectives of the state's agricultural industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Agriculture, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Agricultural Marketing, Sales, Or Business Development.
