
CMS Analyst
Monitor incoming CMS-related calls, respond or reassign to another CMS team member; document all action in Clientele; Development, and Training: analyze court rules, legislation, and other administrative policy changes to determine if process changes need to be made to support them; develop and maintain user documentation and set up application accordingly; provide support and training to court staff. Identify and request ad hoc reports as needed; run periodic reports to verify data accuracy; work with employees to correct data as needed; Manage Public Access Software: submit to vendor's support desk software bugs and document all information (outgoing and incoming) in Clientele; review quarterly release notes from vendor; conduct extensive testing; determine release schedule to production. Quarterly CMS Release Notes: review notes; conduct extensive testing; determine which release to be used by ACS; document choices and set up screens and tokens; coordinate actual release and disperse information or training to users.
Experience researching rules, statutes, and other authorities.
Experience using CourtView case management system.
Ability to travel to other court locations.
