Job Description

At STARTEK we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing outstanding customer service and improving customer experience.The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. You should have a strong working knowledge of customer service procedures and policies, and be able to troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and can multitask efficiently.You should be detail-oriented and have the ability to identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions. You should also be comfortable working in a team environment and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, so it is important to have a strong sense of customer service and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.If you have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
