Job Description

Responsible for the overall infrastructure, design and build of Compensation System on Anaplan. Responsible for the overall sales associate experience with Anaplan. Manage a team of Anaplan model builders. Ownership over all aspects of Commission plan calculations for 2500+ Sales Associates on the Anaplan platform. Key partner in Compensation Plan Strategy development with Sr. Leadership. Lead the development and maintenance of all field-facing Business Intelligence tools (via Anaplan) for compensation calculation and real-time tracking. Responsible for overall infrastructure and integrity of Anaplan commission system. Oversee all inbound and outbound data feeds between Anaplan and Data Warehouse. Oversee the system change management, training and communication of the compensation plan changes. Manage Backlog of Projects. Support operational reports leveraged by Commission Execution Team.

Job Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder preferred

  • Prior Sales Compensation System Implementation Experience
