Maintenance/Electrical Technician

Maintenance Electrician/Machine Repair technician is responsible for trouble shooting, repairs and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment across the facility. Lay-out, install, and maintain a variety of complex and simple electrical equipment; completes wiring for motors, switches, switchboards, and electrical mechanisms. Installs and maintains a variety of machine tools such as; Winders, Ring Machines, Extrusion Line Equipment, CNC Punch Plasma, CNC Turning & Burn Table, Lasers. Lead/Assist in construction of machines for manufacturing production. Timely diagnosis and remedy of all electrical problems to avoid production delays. Troubleshoots machines for necessary repairs; tear down and re-assemble machines; test for proper function. Understand and perform, if necessary, paperwork and computer transactions.
