Job Description

At Stance, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team and help us lead our retail store. The successful candidate will have a successful track record in retail management and customer service, and the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of retail associates. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, is highly organized, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of the retail store, including staffing, customer service, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations.
  2. Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail associates.
  3. Ensure that the store is following the Stance brand guidelines, and that the customer experience is consistently excellent.
  4. Monitor store performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Monitor store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Create and manage store budgets.
  10. Manage store promotions and marketing campaigns.
