The ideal candidate for this role will have previous retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly attitude. Responsibilities: -Assisting customers in finding the perfect outfit and providing excellent customer service -Providing a friendly and informative brand experience to customers -Managing store operations, including but not limited to cash management, stock control, and visual merchandising -Ensuring the store is neat and clean -Maintaining inventory and restocking shelves as needed -Answering customer inquiries and resolving any customer service issues -Assisting in the training and development of new team members -Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
