Responsible for entering, updating and maintaining donor account information using proprietary software. Responsible for adjusting, scanning, sorting, classification and processing of assigned batch types. Responsible for accurate fulfillment of donor requests made through varying stations within departmental quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA). May assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
