Lead the design, administration, implementation and governance of ALSAC compensation and benefit programs. Implements measurements of compensation and benefit programs to ensure effectiveness, usage and awareness. Responsible for the development, administration and reporting of benefit and compensation analytics, metrics, reports and measures to facilitate effective business decisions. Direct and implement proper controls to ensure that compensation remains competitive and equitable throughout the organization.
