Job Description

Lead the design, administration, implementation and governance of ALSAC compensation and benefit programs. Implements measurements of compensation and benefit programs to ensure effectiveness, usage and awareness. Responsible for the development, administration and reporting of benefit and compensation analytics, metrics, reports and measures to facilitate effective business decisions. Direct and implement proper controls to ensure that compensation remains competitive and equitable throughout the organization. Partner with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, maintains accountability standards to employees and ensures compliance with plan administration rules. Lead benefits research, analysis, decision-making, communication and administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Ten or more years experience in compensation and benefits administration, design, strategy

  • Five or more years in a leadership role encompassing budgeting, short and long term strategic planning, organizational development

  • Progressive experience in the areas of health, life, accident, worker’s compensation and pension programs, FLSA, FMLA and ADA

  • Familiarity with incentive programs a plus
