  1. Conduct workforce analysis and develop strategies to optimize staffing levels and drive business performance.
  2. Monitor and track workforce metrics, such as productivity, efficiency, and attendance, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to understand their workforce needs and align staffing plans accordingly.
  4. Develop and maintain workforce schedules that meet business needs while ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with labor laws.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to forecast future workforce needs and make proactive recommendations for staffing adjustments.
  6. Implement and maintain workforce management systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Work closely with HR to ensure accurate and timely onboarding, offboarding, and performance management of employees.
  8. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on workforce performance and initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that positively impact the workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning Or Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Verint Or Workforce Management (Wfm) Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
