
Variable Compensation Analyst
At SS&C Technologies, our Variable Compensation Analyst is a critical role in our Human Resources team. We are looking for an individual who can ensure that our variable compensation plans are well-designed and implemented effectively. This position requires an individual who is analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of compensation plans, regulations, and processes. If you have a passion for helping to ensure the success of our variable compensation plans, this is the job for you! Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, HR, or finance • Knowledge of variable compensation plan design, implementation, and administration • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software • Ability to understand and analyze complex data • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and administer variable compensation plans in compliance with regulations and company policies • Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns related to variable compensation plans • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of plans • Monitor variable compensation plans to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations • Track changes in legislation and regulations related to variable compensation plans and recommend necessary updates • Suggest strategies and tactics to improve variable compensation plans • Manage day-to-day operations of variable compensation plans • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate variable compensation plan status and metrics • Prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership regarding variable compensation plans • Provide support and guidance to team members on variable compensation plan design and implementation
