  1. Conduct analysis of current trust administration processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to streamline and optimize trust administration processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and implement changes.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as needed.
  5. Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
