- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the insurance industry regarding statutory regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming changes to statutory regulations and communicate these changes to clients.
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of clients' insurance processes and procedures to identify any potential compliance issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to address any identified compliance issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recommendations for compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex regulatory requirements and provide guidance on how to best adhere to them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance software solutions that assist clients with meeting statutory insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' statutory compliance and provide regular updates to management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on statutory insurance regulations and share knowledge with colleagues and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Statutory Reporting And Compliance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Statutory Insurance Regulations And Reporting Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management.
