- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for our software products that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process and ensure that our products are user-friendly and meet customer expectations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Ensure that all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design to continuously improve and enhance our products.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development process.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Act as a mentor to junior designers and support their growth and development within the company.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction (Hci), Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Product Designer, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Product Design Projects With A Focus On User-Centered Design And Problem-Solving.
Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, And Prototyping Tools Like Invision Or Axure.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams Including Product Managers, Engineers, And Stakeholders To Bring Products From Concept To Launch.
