- Develop and implement strategic business transformation initiatives to drive organizational growth and change.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals and objectives.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success.
- Mentor and coach team members to build a high-performing and results-driven team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve and innovate transformation processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Business Transformation Or Change Management Roles, Preferably In The Technology Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
