Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the development of software projects utilizing .NET frameworks and architecture.
2. Foster a collaborative environment amongst team members to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest quality.
3. Monitor and evaluate software development progress to ensure projects are meeting goals.
4. Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members.
5. Assist in the recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
6. Establish and maintain established coding standards and best practices.
7. Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
8. Remain up-to-date on industry and technology trends to ensure projects are up-to-date with the latest technology.
9. Develop and enforce coding policies, standards, and procedures.
10. Troubleshoot software development issues to ensure timely resolution.
