Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Middle Office Operations to join the SS&C Technologies team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of middle office operations professionals in providing outstanding middle office services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of middle office operations professionals in providing outstanding middle office services to our clients. You will collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the successful and timely completion of all middle office operations projects. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all procedures and processes are followed, and providing ongoing training and guidance to the team.The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and prior experience in a middle office operations role is a must. Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Manager, Middle Office Operations in New York, NY, USA is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. This range includes base salary, bonuses, and additional benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) contributions.
