  1. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions using Golang.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  3. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
  4. Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, and propose solutions to improve system performance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Golang and DevOps, and apply them to improve our software development process.
  7. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful development process.
  9. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet project timelines and deadlines.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  11. Mentor and guide junior members of the team, and promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  12. Uphold company values and standards, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient In Golang Programming Language: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Golang, Including Its Syntax, Data Structures, And Concurrency Mechanisms.

  • Experience With Devops Tools And Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Devops Principles, Including Ci/Cd Pipelines, Automated Testing, Containerization, And Infrastructure As Code.

  • Familiarity With Cloud Platforms: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Popular Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud, And Be Proficient In Deploying Applications And Services On These Platforms.

  • Knowledge Of Container Orchestration: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Container Orchestration Tools Such As Kubernetes And Be Able To Deploy And Manage Containerized Applications In A Production Environment.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Effective Solutions In A Timely Manner. They Should Also Have Experience With Monitoring Tools And Be Able To Proactively Identify And Resolve Potential Issues.
