- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all fund products are developed and managed in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to internal teams.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and examinations.
- Stay informed about potential compliance risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Monitor and report on compliance-related metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Continuously review and improve compliance processes and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate any compliance violations or concerns to relevant parties and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Stay informed about best practices in compliance management and seek opportunities to enhance compliance practices within the company.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Fund Chief Compliance Officer At Ss&C Technologies Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Investment Advisers Act, Securities Act, And Investment Company Act. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On Any Changes Or Updates To These Regulations.
Experience In Fund Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In A Compliance Role Within The Fund Industry. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Compliance Landscape For Different Types Of Funds, Such As Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, And Private Equity Funds.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Fund Chief Compliance Officer, The Ability To Analyze Complex Information And Identify Potential Compliance Issues Is Crucial. This Includes The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Compliance Programs And Policies To Mitigate Risks.
