Fund Accountant - Launch Program

1. Perform daily fund accounting tasks, including cash and position reconciliations, valuations, and NAV calculations.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes.
4. Conduct research and analysis to resolve discrepancies and variances.
5. Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
6. Monitor and maintain fund data in accounting systems.
7. Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates on fund performance.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to enhance knowledge and skills.
9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve job performance.
10. Adhere to internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
11. Contribute to the overall success of the Launch Program by actively engaging in team meetings and initiatives.
