Financial Operations Associate

At SS&C Technologies, we are looking for a Financial Operations Associate who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our financial operations. This position requires a high level of organization, problem solving, and attention to detail. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about financial operations and helping our business succeed.The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in financial operations, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a working knowledge of ERP systems. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Develop and implement procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial operations.
6. Monitor financial operations and identify potential risks.
7. Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
8. Prepare and analyze budgets and track expenses.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Manage and coordinate audits and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
11. Provide support and training to other team members.
12. Manage the day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
