- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees regarding workplace issues and concerns.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance and training to management and employees as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality and fairness throughout the process.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, and provide recommendations for resolution and prevention.
- Support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and provide guidance to managers on fostering an inclusive environment.
- Develop and deliver trainings and workshops on employee relations topics to enhance managers' and employees' understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data, and make recommendations for improvement and best practices.
- Partner with HR and other departments to maintain and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Uphold company values and standards, and serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of employee relations cases and investigations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, and provide guidance and support to both parties to resolve conflicts and promote effective communication.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Sensitive And Confidential Situations.
Proven Experience In Managing Conflict And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.
