- Lead and manage the development and implementation of our Agentic AI platform.
- Drive innovation and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technology.
- Establish and maintain a clear vision and strategy for the AI platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the platform.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the AI platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executives.

Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Software Engineering, With At Least 10 Years Of Relevant Experience. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages, Data Structures, And Algorithms.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning: As A Director Of Engineering For An Ai Platform, The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Technologies. They Should Be Able To Lead And Guide The Development Team In Creating Innovative And Efficient Solutions.
