- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of the Private Markets Americas division.
- Streamline business processes across the division to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of business support professionals to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Business Support And Execution Within The Private Markets Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Investment Strategies, Processes, And Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Americas Private Markets Landscape, Including Regulatory Frameworks, Market Trends, And Competitive Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Drive Initiatives To Completion.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Cfa Designation Preferred.
