Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Driving The Overall Vision And Direction Of End User Computing At Ss&C Technologies. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Experience In Effectively Managing And Motivating A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management: The Director Will Oversee Various End User Computing Projects And Initiatives, Such As System Upgrades, Migrations, And Deployments. A Strong Background In Project Management And The Ability To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget Is Crucial For This Role.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Director Of End User Computing Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Best Practices And Standards, Such As Itil, Cobit, And Iso, To Ensure That End User Computing Services At Ss&C Technologies Are Aligned With Industry Standards And Regulations.
